Ferrum linebacker Jamar Mosley has been named USA South defensive rookie of the week. This honor was bestowed after the freshman's strong performance against the Shenandoah Hornets.

Football Defensive Rookie of the Week Jamar Moseley, Ferrum - The freshman linebacker from Chesterfield, Virginia recorded six total tackles in a 14-12 victory over USA South foe Shenandoah. Moseley tallied two solo tackles and four assisted take downs while recording 1.5 tackles for a loss of four yards with one pass breakup.
